Here are some common questions and general information to help you along your way.I personally oversee the delivery of all multi-tiered and high-detail cakes to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.

Do you deliver, and how does it work?
Yes, I do! The Set up and Delivery Rates are:

Zone A + Zone B $55.00

Outside of this radius up to 14km of Perth $65.00

Tall Cakes and Two Tiers, they must be delivered and set up by our team $75.00

For Three Tiers and above $120.00

• Central & Coastal: Perth CBD, Nedlands, Cottesloe, and City Beach.
• South & Port Side: Applecross, Victoria Park, and Fremantle.
• North & Inland: Joondalup and the scenic Swan Valley wine region.

Once your order has been placed, here's what's to come:

You will receive an SMS/Email:

-the day before to confirm the delivery
-an hour before the delivery time to ensure you are at home to receive it.
However, the cake cannot be dropped off in front of your door if no one is home due to food safety requirements.
A handover of cake cutting instructions and storage will be given to you on the day.

What are the pickup days and times?
Available pickup days are 7 days a week, From 2 pm-8 pm. Once the payment is processed, the address will be provided. 

Premium Venue Experience
I am experienced in coordinating with floor staff at Perth's most prestigious venues to ensure a seamless setup. I frequently deliver to:

• The Ritz-Carlton, Perth
• The State Buildings (Postal Hall)
• Fraser’s Kings Park
• Lamont’s Bishops House
• Crown Perth

Delivery Fees: Calculated at checkout based on distance from my Perth studio. For large-scale 4-tier wedding cakes, a flat-rate may apply to cover on-site assembly.

Studio Pickup (71 Brewer St, Perth)

If you prefer to collect your cake, I offer scheduled pickup windows from my studio.

• Location: 71 Brewer Street, Perth, WA 6000.
• Hours: By appointment only (typically Monday–Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Saturday 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM).
• Safety Protocol: Once a cake leaves my studio, its safety is your responsibility. I ensure the cake is safely positioned in the car with every order to ensure your story-based masterpiece stays perfect.

Transporting Your Custom Cake (Expert Tips)

To maintain the professional standards I mastered in world-class kitchens, please follow these transport rules for pickups:

1. The Flat Surface Rule: Never place a cake on a car seat. It must stay on a flat, level surface, such as the floor of the passenger side or the boot (if clear).
2. The AC Rule: Perth heat is the enemy of buttercream. Your car’s air conditioning must be on high at least 10 minutes before the cake enters the vehicle.
3. The "Slow & Steady" Rule: Avoid sudden braking and sharp turns.
