Professionally trained at Nobu and with over 17 years of industry experience I’ve refined my recipes to create delicious gluten, egg, nut, and dairy-free alternatives. Created only to order, my cakes are fresh and personally presented to your event.

As I bake to order to provide you with the best quality, I require seven days' notice (cut off time is 12 pm). Alternatively, you can find by selecting the date on the calendar, and it will show you when you can receive your cake.
I only take on a limited number of orders each week, therefore to avoid disappointment, I recommend that you book as early in advance as possible as spots fill quickly.
Absolutely. I have refined recipes for gluten-free, egg-free, dairy-free and nut-free cakes that still taste rich, tender and delicious.
