Each cake is exquisitely crafted to bring your design idea and vision to life. The only limit is your imagination. I love a challenge, and when it comes to cake, anything is possible.
Professionally trained at Nobu and with over 17 years of working in the industry, I’ve refined my recipes to create delicious gluten, egg, nut, and dairy-free alternatives.
